1. General Conditions
By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or using the website under the supervision of a legal guardian. Shaynna reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
2. Products & Availability
We sell women’s stitched and unstitched clothing and fashion accessories, including but not limited to abayas, watches, and handbags. As we are manufacturers, product designs, colors, and availability may change without prior notice.
We make every effort to display product images and descriptions accurately. However, slight variations in color or design may occur due to lighting, screen resolution, or production batches.
3. Pricing & Payments
All prices listed on Shaynna are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We reserve the right to change prices or discontinue products at any time without notice.

Online Banking / Card Payments
For COD orders, a shipping charge of PKR 250 applies. Online prepaid orders qualify for free shipping.
4. Order Confirmation & Verification
All Cash on Delivery orders require verification via phone call or message before shipment. Orders will only be processed after successful verification.
Online paid orders do not require verification and are usually shipped within 24 hours, excluding Sundays and government holidays.
Shaynna reserves the right to cancel any order if verification fails, information provided is incorrect, or suspicious activity is detected.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We deliver across Pakistan using trusted courier services such as Leopards, PostEx, TCS, Trax, M&P, FulfillKaro, and others.
Estimated delivery timelines:

COD Orders: 5–7 working days

Online Paid Orders: 3–5 working days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
6. Returns & Exchanges
We offer 3 days return and exchange policy from the date of delivery.
Returns are only accepted in cases of:

Size issues
An unboxing video is mandatory for all return or exchange requests.
Once a return is approved, the refund amount (after deducting shipping charges) will be processed to the original payment method within 2–4 business days after the item is received and inspected at our warehouse.
7. Cancellations & Order Changes

Online paid orders: Must be cancelled or modified within 3 hours of placing the order

COD orders: Can be cancelled within 24 hours or during the verification call
Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.

9. Limitation of Liability
Shaynna shall not be held responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.
