Shipping policy

At Shaynna, we aim to deliver your orders quickly, safely, and reliably across Pakistan. This Shipping Policy explains our order processing, delivery timelines, shipping charges, and logistics partners.


1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship all over Pakistan. International shipping is not available at this time.


2. Order Processing Time

  • Online Paid Orders:
    Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours, excluding Sundays and government holidays.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:
    COD orders are processed after successful order verification via call or message.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): PKR 250 shipping charges apply.

  • Online Paid Orders: Free shipping (no shipping charges).

Shipping charges, if applicable, are clearly displayed at checkout.


4. Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • COD Orders: 5–7 working days

  • Online Paid Orders: 3–5 working days

Delivery times may vary depending on the customer’s location, courier service, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.


5. Courier & Logistics Partners

To ensure fast and secure delivery, we work with trusted logistics companies in Pakistan, including:

  • Leopards Courier

  • PostEx

  • TCS

  • Trax

  • M&P

  • FulfillKaro

Our primary shipping aggregators are Leopards and PostEx.


6. Order Verification (COD Only)

All Cash on Delivery orders require verification through a phone call or message. Orders will only be shipped after successful verification. Unverified orders may be cancelled automatically.


7. Failed or Delayed Deliveries

If a delivery is delayed or unsuccessful due to incorrect address, unreachable contact number, or customer unavailability, the order may be returned to our warehouse. In such cases, reshipping charges may apply.

Shaynna is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or situations beyond our control.


8. Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, tracking details may be shared via SMS, WhatsApp, or email, depending on the courier service used.


9. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details at checkout. Shaynna will not be responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

Shaynna reserves the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page.
